Just what every post-apocalyptic wasteland needs: mutated, fungal-infected lab rats. Drop them in a hospital basement, throw them in a dilapidated university, or just let them loose in the wastes.

Made with the 2d20 system in mind, these monsters can be adapted to any system. Includes three monster stat blocks plus an NPC called Lab Rat #183.
